Q: My plant arrived damaged, what do I do?
Q: Can I return my plant?
A: No. Live plants can not be returned unless they arrive damaged due to mishandling by the courier delivering it to you or there was a defective heat pack in your order.
Q: My product arrived damaged / defective, can I return it?
Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: Not at this time. We currently only service the continental United States.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my items?
A: If you ordered live plants your order will arrive 3 to 6 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your shipment confirmation. Our other products take 8 to 10 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your shipment confirmation. Please review our full Shipping Policy for more information.
