If you are ordering plants during colder months (November - April) we strongly recommend the addition of a heat pack to your order. Many live plants can not withstand colder temperatures and it is imperative that you bring them indoors. Do not let them sit in a mailbox or sit outside exposed to cold temperatures.

**We are not obligated to issue a return or refund if you do not add a heat pack to your order and your plants are damaged due to cold weather temperatures.**

However, if you did order a heat pack and your plants arrive damaged due to the heat pack being defective or there is still damage, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged plants.
